What a new build involves
We take a house from an empty stand through to handover. Setting out and excavation, foundations and slab, structure, roof and closing up, then the finishes.
You deal with us for the whole build. We coordinate the trades, order materials, and keep the sequence moving so one trade is not held up waiting on another.
Before anything starts you get a written scope and an itemised estimate, so it is clear what is included and what is not. If something changes on site, we price it and get your approval before carrying on.
