What the finishes cover
Finishes are what you see and touch every day, and they are the part most likely to get rushed at the end of a build. We treat them as their own job.
Plaster, tiling, ceilings, decorative concrete, and paintwork inside and out. Good finishing is mostly preparation. Surfaces get prepared properly, edges line up, and the work gets done once rather than twice.
Before we hand over, you walk through the house with us and we write up a snag list. Everything on it is put right before the keys change hands.
