Working with what is already there
A renovation is not a new build. There is existing structure to work around, older services to check, and often a family still living in the house while the work happens.
We phase the work and close off the areas being worked on, so you keep the use of the rest of the house wherever that is possible.
We take on anything from a single room to opening up a floor plan or adding on. New openings, replastering and repainting, and the building work behind new kitchens and bathrooms.
